The Free Enterprise Action PAC is the Alliance’s electoral arm.
The Action PAC supports pro-business candidates and elected officials through campaign contributions, endorsements, and other political activity. Its work is guided by the Chamber’s legislative priorities, candidate evaluation process, voting records, and the political intelligence developed through the broader Free Enterprise Alliance.
Our goal is straightforward: support leaders from both parties who understand what it takes to keep Georgia competitive, grow jobs, and maintain a strong business climate.
The Free Enterprise Action PAC (Political Action Committee) executes candidate support, political contributions, and electoral activity.
Tax & disclosure note: Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions and may be subject to disclosure under applicable campaign finance law.
The Free Enterprise Fund 501(c)4 supports the research, information, and advocacy that strengthen the business community’s voice in Georgia.
Fund investments support statewide polling, the Georgia Chamber legislative scorecard, voter education, and issue advocacy on policies that affect Georgia employers and communities.
The Fund also allows us to make the case for the fundamentals that have made Georgia a great place to do business — streamlined and sensible regulation, competitive and predictable tax policy, responsible economic growth, and an environment where businesses can invest, build, hire, and expand. We use research, communications, and advocacy to build support for those principles and to respond when policies or political campaigns threaten Georgia’s ability to grow.
The Fund also helps the Chamber build a deeper understanding of the political landscape across all 236 seats in the Georgia General Assembly — giving our members better information and helping ensure the business community is engaged well before Election Day.
Tax note: Contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
The Georgia Chamber Foundation 501(c)(3), is the research arm of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, dedicated to producing in-depth economic analyses to inform policy, equip businesses, and foster economic development across the state.
Tax note: Contributions are generally tax-deductible as charitable contributions to the extent allowed by law.
